About The Shirts We Use...

Happy MLK Day Everyone! Celebrate this day off by remembering one of our greatest Civil Rights Heroes! One of our greatest American Heroes! I am blessed enough to have the day off from my regular work, but I'm "Day On" for my Sassy Work. So Here I am to talk to you about our shirts, the quality and workmanship of what we are trying to make sure we give to you. We have struggled for some time trying to find the shirts we want to use to print our beautiful Sassy's. In fact it has taken over a year. Some might think just find some shirts and print right?! Wrong! There is sooo much more to it! And so I am going to share it with you. A little bit about at least. On one trial run of shirts did not provide consistency of quality. Hems unraveled, the overall lengths were too short, it was a mess, crappy shirts. On another trial run of shirts we got the length and hems together but the sizing was off. Grrrrr! The XL fit like a medium--- seriously! The L fit like a small! Geez! What gives?! As clothing company owners we want to make sure that when we start selling shirts that we get consistent sizing, fit and cut. From the size Small to the Plus sized! So the hunt was on to find a decent shirt with consistent sizing and quality of workmanship! We want to eventually hire our own pattern makers and manufacture our own shirts, but that's all in due time! With your support we'll be doing that sooner than later! GO TEAM SASSY!
Back to the story-- well almost nine months later We have our shirts! We found a manufacturer we believe to have all of the qualities we want for our Sassy Girl shirts and will be working to sell you the first shirts through our blog with in the next few weeks. Hooray! Be on the look out to be one of the first to wear Sassy!

Sassy Girl Tees Photo Shoot

 Hey all its MarnaBaby!
I just wanted to let you know how excited we are to be prepping for our first sassy girl photo shoot. We have to get photos ready for our website, so we are scrambling to get t shirts made and get our models together so we will have some nice images for our website! If you will be out and about in the beautiful city of San Francisco on February 20 (weather permitting) come say hey to us we will be shooting on the streets mostly, but not sure where yet. You will just have to find us! :)
We have SO many things coming at us at once, that i don't even know if my head is screwed on right. Its literally spinning :) We are preparing for our Blog Talk Radio show February 1st and March 1st. Planning on attending some industry gala events and just really become "one with the people" as QD would say *wink* We are literally planning on TOTAL WORLD DOMINATION!!!!! on a shoe string budget (for now) lol.
We are blessed to be having things come together as crazy as it is. God is bringing all the people we need across our paths and they are really excited to be working with us and really excited about what we are about and our "sassy agenda."
Wow, what else is happening? Hmmm we have meetings, plans, fittings, events and everything coming out our ears. Oh yeah did I mention that if You happen to live in SF or the East Bay in association with Koi Entertainment, we will be powering an Adult Game/Pleasure Party Night every first Tuesday night of the month Starting February 2? Yeah that too. We will be selling shirts there as well starting in March 2, but we will have our toys and sexy, delicious mini cupcakes and bite cakes, so please come out and support us (Flier coming soon)! Its a fun night to come out and play cards, dominoes, Wii, have good conversation and enjoy a low key evening out without all the hoopla.
February 6 we were invited by The Curvy Fashionista and are scheduled to attend Kiss The Curves in Oakland, The Plus Size Fashion Event. So we are getting very excited! And VERY busy! Whew! Are we ready? YES!
